Company Responsibilities

Timely Processing & Shipping  
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and select holidays. If a shipment is delayed beyond this window, customers may be eligible for compensation — please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Exchanges & Store Credit  
We accept returns for exchange or store credit when items meet the return criteria. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more info.

Transparent Product Information

Responsive Customer Support  
We aim to respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or Instagram DMs within a few hours during business hours. Messages sent outside of business hours may be answered the next business day.

Customer Responsibilities

Confirm Items Before Checkout  
Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase. Due to our no refunds policy, we do not offer monetary refunds after an order is placed. However, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit.

Patience During Delivery Windows  
We kindly ask for your patience during the expected delivery period. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate updates. While we're happy to assist with tracking, we do not have control over delays once a package has been shipped.

Klarna Purchases  
If you're using Klarna to shop, please make payments on time to avoid late fees or possible restrictions on future Klarna use. You may also request payment extensions through the Klarna app (up to 10 days).

Damaged or Lost Packages  
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue via our Customer Service page. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment, we understand how frustrating this can be and will do our best to support you through the process.
